Who You Are
We are seeking Reablement Workers to provide cover for vacancies and long-term sickness. You should have at least 2 years of experience supporting adults in their own homes with personal care and daily living tasks. Possessing a Care Certificate or Level 2 NVQ/QCF in Care is desirable. A full driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
What the Job Involves
This role focuses on supporting adults to regain confidence, skills, and independence in their homes following illness or hospital discharge. Support is short-term, up to 6 weeks, and involves collaboration with Occupational Therapists and other team members. The role involves working on a structured rota across various clusters with the possibility of additional hours for covering annual leave, training, and sickness.
